An Event!!!
Our Fabulous Food Tasting Extravaganza was
held on October 26, 2003 at the Adamsville Recreation Center, located on Martin Luther
King Jr. Drive, from 3-5 pm. There was food, food, food.
We had Celebrity Guest Chefs from: (1)
Anthony's Restaurant; (2) Atlanta Fish Market; BluePointe (no photo); (3) Chanterelles;
(4) Marietta Diner; (5) Rainwater; and, (6) Rays On The River
    
We had Guest Lion Past District Governor
Ray Moore from the East Cobb Lions Club
Our District Governor Earl Culberson was
there talking with our Immediate Past President Lion Walter Wiggs.
Adairsville Lions Club President Joyce
Culberson (also DG Culberson's wife) and East Cobb Lions Member Lion Liz Moore (wife to
PDG Moore) stopped to pose for a picture.
The Extravaganza got started with Lion
President Calvin Vismale welcoming our guest; Lion Jean Ector introducing Rev. who led us
in a prayer and blessed our food; and, Lion Lee Waller introducing our Celebrity Guest
Chefs.
Arden's Garden donated juices and
smoothies for our patrons.
