The Atlanta Metro Lions Club shares the motto
"we serve" with 1,374,245 members in 44,920 clubs in 738 districts, in 190
countries and geographic areas. The People's Republic of China is the latest club to join
our ranks. Contributing and collecting money to help fund services to the less fortunate
is important, even essential. Lions do those things, but emphasize the joy of personal
involvement in service to others. The Lions organization is the largest service
organization in the world.
